Borek & Cooper, LLC is a small New Jersey firm that specializes in the
representation of condominiums, cooperatives and homeowner associations.

associations for over ten years. Borek & Cooper, LLC's centrally located
Princeton office allows us to serve all of our clients throughout New Jersey.
We are involved in all aspects of community association law, ranging from
transition negotiation and construction litigation with developers to
association governance, compliance issues and maintenance assessment
collection.

We are active members of the Community Associations Institute (CAI),
which allows us access to other professionals and vendors who specialize in
working with community associations and helps us stay abreast of all new
laws and policy affecting community associations throughout New Jersey
