Borek & Cooper, LLC is a small Central New Jersey law firm that
specializes in community association law. In the representation of our
association clients, we seek to pursue the associations’ goals in an
effective manner and to ensure that association boards understand their
duties and obligations to their association community as required by
State Law and association governing documents. We are also mindful
of the need to be cost-effective. In this regard, we normally seek non-
litigation solutions to problems first, but if it becomes necessary, we
provide complete litigation services to our clients. Our firm places
special emphasis on practicing preventive law. Preventive law seeks to
anticipate potential problems and disputes, and advise our clients on
causes of action to avoid a crisis and expensive litigation or other legal
action. We offer personal responsive hands on service at competitive
rates and a friendly alternative to the larger firms.
