      Kimberly Bailey Borek graduated from Smith College,
cum laude, and
The American University, Washington College of Law.  Kim is admitted to the
New Jersey and New York State Bars; and the United States District Court for
the Districts of New Jersey and New York and the United States Supreme
Court.

      Upon graduation from law school, Kim served two judicial clerkships for
the Chancery Division, Family Part in Bergen County and the Appellate
Division.  Kim also worked for the United States Department of Justice while
attending law school and has been in private practice since 1993.  For over
a decade, Kim has focused her practice on the representation of over 100
unique community associations handling all issues including but not limited
to, general corporate, collections, litigation and transition matters.  Kim also
practices in the areas of Real Estate Law, Civil Litigation, Collections,
Municipal Law, and Wills and Estates.  Kim is a member of the New Jersey
State Bar Association, Mercer County Bar Association and Princeton
Chamber of Commence.  Kim is also an active member of the New Jersey
Chapter of the Community Association

      Brett A. Cooper graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor
and Rutgers University Law and Business Schools in Camden.  Brett is
admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the United States District Court for
the District of New Jersey.  

      Brett worked for the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office while in law
school and was the Director of the Camden County Community Dispute
Resolution Committee.  Upon graduation from law and business schools,
Brett clerked for the Honorable James P. McGann in the Chancery Division,
Family Part in Monmouth County.  After his clerkship Brett was an associate
for a law firm specializing in construction defect litigation with community
associations.  Brett was also in-house council for a regional homebuilder and
land developer in New York and New Jersey and is currently a legal
consultant for a New Jersey construction company.  Brett’s extensive
construction background has given him the tools necessary to best
represent associations in transition negotiations and construction defect
litigation.  Brett has a concentration in community association law,
representing condominium homeowners associations and cooperatives.  
Brett also practices in areas of Real Estate Law, Construction Law, Business
Law, Municipal Law and Wills and Estates.  Brett is a member of the New
Jersey State Bar Association, the Mercer County Bar Association and the
Princeton Chamber of Commerce.  Brett is also an active member of the New
Jersey Chapter of the Community Association
